Is the first session free?

Yes. No credit card required. Attend any class on our schedule.

Are there contracts?

Monthly is month-to-month. Annual commits for 12 months at a reduced rate.

Can I freeze my membership?

Up to 2 months per year, no charge.

What should I wear?

For BJJ: a gi or athletic clothing. For Muay Thai: shorts and a rash guard. We have loaner gis.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. One-on-one instruction is available with any instructor. Contact us to arrange.

Student or military discounts?

10% off any tier with valid ID.
